Adel A. Dajani

A corporate finance practitioner with over 25 years of experience in Hong Kong, London and North Africa, Adel Dajani brings to bear a pragmatic approach to legal issues. The pragmatism stems from a long career in investment banking and private equity that started in Hong Kong with Wardley Ltd, the investment banking subsidiary of HSBC and that spanned the establishment of two investment banks in London (London Court Ltd) and in Tunisia (International Maghreb Merchant Bank) and a private equity operation in the Maghreb (Maghreb Venture Partners). Mr Dajani’s international experience as a corporate financier and his excellent working knowledge of the North African capital and investment markets add a unique and practical dimension to any investment and private equity opportunity in what is the new frontier of emergent markets.

Fadia Bakir

Fadia’s expertise has been in the field of both corporate and Libyan labour laws and her privileged relationships with the relevant Libyan Labour Office and Companies Registration Office is an asset in speeding up and understanding the local Libyan bureaucracy. Fadia has been an in-house legal counsel to a major International Oil Company in Libya and is familiar with legal and administrative issues relating to foreign establishments in Libya.

Abdulla Gheblawi

Abdulla’s expertise in the Libyan oil and gas sector with a career of over 25 years at the NOC including membership of the Board is an invaluable asset to the NAA team. Before his career at the legal departments of the NOC and the Brega International Marketing Company, Abdulla was a State Prosecutor and Legal Adviser to the Ministry of Justice.


 

Nasser Salem

Nasser Salem has an LLM in State Financial Law from the University of Tripoli and is currently a PHD candidate on the Legal Protection and Encouragement of Foreign Direct Investment in Libya at Teeside University. Nasser is NAA's client liaison in the UK.
